UPDATE: July 22, 2020 – Update on August Bookings at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
Aulani Resort remains closed and a reopening date has not been identified. Disney will continue to follow guidelines from government and health officials as they plan thier reopening.
As a result, reservations at the resort throughout the month of August will be cancelled. Disney understands that some guests may have reservations booked at Aulani Resort during this time. They encourage those with reservations to contact their travel professionals to rebook.
For stays occurring during the month of August, room reservations can be cancelled and Disney will waive Disney-imposed room reservation cancellation penalties. Guests can continue to save up to 35% on select rooms for 5-night stays most nights September 1 through November 22 and November 28 through December 21, 2020, with check-out no later than December 22, 2020, when booked by October 24 with a special Summer and Fall Offer.*
2021 bookings for Aulani Resort also remain available for guests looking to plan a vacation next year.

Upon reopening, Aulani Resort rooms, restaurants and other locations may be limited in capacity and subject to restricted availability or closure based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing. Furthermore, experiences, services and amenities may be modified, have limited availability or may remain closed. Offerings are not guaranteed. Aulani Resort reserves the right to cancel any reservations or purchases and provide applicable refunds.
